They also feature Qir 2.0 software, which enables you to sync your smartphone tablet, as well as the company’s signature new security feature, Knock Code. Each size tablet comes with a different battery pack, however. The G d 7.0 is powered by an 4000 mAh pack, while the 8-inch 10.1-inch variants come with 4200 mAh 8000 mAh packs, respectively. There’s still no word of pricing or availability. The tablets were initially announced late last month, but didn’t reveal much about their specifications or availability. It’s also interesting to note that the rollout news comes at an interesting time, as Samsung is expected to announce its own lineup of powerful tablets Thursday night.
